Orders will be processed within 2 - 4 *working days and despatched by Royal Mail or DHL Parcel (UK).

Courier deliveries:
A signature will be required for parcels (unless specific delivery instructions were given at the time of order); the courier will attempt to deliver parcels three times before returning the parcel back to us.

If you are having problems receiving your parcel, please contact us with specific delivery instructions.

Where sent goods are returned to us, re-delivery to an alternative address can be arranged.

International parcels will be dispatched with UPS, Fedex or Royal Mail International.

European delivery may take 5 - 7 *working days shipping time; dependent on custom clearence.
Worldwide delivery may take 7 to 10 *working days shipping time; dependent on custom clearence.

A tracking number will be supplied via email or text from the courier service company, to the customer upon dispatch of the goods (courier service only), Royal Mail standard service (UK) will provide a unique reference number for confirmaiton of delivery; delivery texts and email updates will be sent at intervals from the courier depending upon the contact information given at the time of ordering.

*If you do not recieve your goods within the specified time, or do not recieve a tracking number, please contact us within 28 days. 

Please notify us, as soon as is practicable and return goods without undue delay, that are damaged or defected.  Refunds will not be available after 30 days of delivery and repairs or replacement items should be requested by email or writing to our registered office address.

If you are unsatisfied with your item/s, please notify us of your wish to return them within 14 days, starting from the day after delivery and then please return the goods within 14 days of your communication in this instance.

*All goods we send are insured to the purchase value against loss or damage during delivery.
